Legacy Place is located in Parma Ohio, close to shopping, restaurants, businesses, hospitals and all of the cultural amenities the greater Cleveland area has to offer. Our many services and caring staff make Legacy Place the perfect choice for seniors who are no longer comfortable living on their own yet don't require 24-hour medical supervision.

• Large comfortable suites. Our residents love our extra large suites with plenty of room for their favorite furniture and belongings from home.
• Specialized medical care and personal assistance. Legacy Place provides a wide choice of medical and personal assistance options including on-site rehabilitation services.
• Veterans assistance. Legacy Place provides free assistance with Veteran Administration applications.
• Dedicated, memory support neighborhood. Legacy Place Parma has recently added 10 dedicated apartments to our Alzheimers and dementia unit. Our goal is to provide the loving care and structure our memory impaired residents need to reach their maximum potential.
• Respite care. A week or a month - Legacy Place provides the perfect, temporary, home away from home for your loved one.
• Short term stays. For those who need a short term stay while recovering from an illness or surgery, but no longer require skilled nursing care,  our comfortable, fully furnished suites allow you to focus on getting well without having to worry about life's everyday hassles.
• Three, delicious, home cooked meals a day. Need a snack or a special diet? Snacks are available  and  our magic kitchen crew can make even the most limited diet yummy and delicious. Laundry and housekeeping services included.
• Group activity. A trip to the mall, lunch at Olive Garden, a visit to the Botanical Gardens - our comfortable wheel chair equipped van makes it easy for our residents to get where they want to go.
• Scheduled doctor appointments.
• Haircuts, dental appointments, eye tests, podiatrist,  manicures? No need to go out into the cold - you can have it all done right here at Legacy Place.
• Pets are welcome. We welcome pets - we're also careful to make sure they don't impose on the wishes of others.

At Pleasantview, our goal is to return our residents to their homes - or to the best independent living option based on their needs.
Pleasantview Care Center is located on the NE corner of Ridge and Pleasant Valley roads in Parma Ohio (map) - adjacent to Legacy Place Parma, our sister, assisted living facility.

• Approved by the Veterans Administration - we now offer a Veteran's Administration Provider Agreement for veterans needing skilled nursing and long term care services.
• Dedicated Alzheimer's unit - provides safe, specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

• Home safety visits - before being discharged, we assess your new living arrangement to check for safety issues.

• FREE, medicaid liaison services. Our dedicated staff helps you apply for Medicaid and provides assistance every step of the way.
